Eleanor Allen is a dynamic global executive with over a decade of C-suite experience spanning Fortune 500 companies and international nonprofits. She has helped organizations double their revenue, expand into new markets, and improve employee engagement.
She served as CEO of two change-focused non-profits. Prior to her nonprofit work she was entrusted to oversee water supply construction programs ranging from $400 million to $2 billion. In 2020, Eleanor’s significant contributions to the engineering profession were honored with the rare induction into the National Academy of Engineers (NAE).
Having held various board positions including Freese & Nichols, Parametrix, B Lab, Water For People, and the University of Colorado, she is a sought-after voice on leadership, organizational wellbeing, and operational excellence.
