Colin D Ellis is a global workplace culture expert sought after by organisations around the world to help them build vibrant, high-performance cultures.
A former employee for 30 years in the public and private sector, he is now the author of five best-selling books, including “Detox Your Culture”, “Culture Fix” and the award-winning “Project Book”. He is a regular speaker at conferences and events around the world, and has been featured in media outlets such as Harvard Business Review, Sky News and the BBC.
To date he has worked with over 100 different organisations in over 20 countries with clients such as Red Bull, Cisco, Microsoft, VMware, KPMG, the US House of Representatives, Dutch Olympic Team, Amgen and IAG Insurance.
Colin uses data to support his passionate delivery of speeches. Known for his humour and high energy, he also ensures that his speeches provide laughter and practical actions that attendees can immediately take to transform the way they work. He is equally comfortable in front of 2000 people as he is 20.
Colin is also the host of three podcasts; Colin on Culture; Inside Out with Cath Bishop and the FIFA Player Development Programme podcast too.
Originally from Liverpool in the UK, Colin now travels globally to speak to audiences on how to create great places to work. He enjoys coffee, a single malt whisky and still allows his football team Everton to ruin his weekend.
