Colin Ellis is an award-winning author, speaker and workplace culture expert who’s spent 30+ years helping organisations around the world to create cultures where people thrive and results are achieved. His work has earned him recognition as one of the world’s leading voices on workplace culture transformation.
Having started his career on the very bottom rung of the ladder stacking shelves aged 16, Colin worked his way up to lead teams in the private and public sectors in the UK, New Zealand, and Australia before launching his global speaking and consulting practice.
To date, he’s worked with over 125 different cultures in 25 countries across 5 continents. Originally from Liverpool in the UK, Colin lived in New Zealand and Australia before settling back in Winchester, UK with his family.
