SPEAKING TOPICS

The rise of AI has done more than just change the tools we use; it has fundamentally broken the model we use to determine value. For the first time in history, intellect is no longer a competitive advantage; it’s a commodity, available to anyone with a keyboard.

This creates a new and urgent imperative. The challenge is no longer about finding faster answers, but about developing the courage and the agility of mind to think differently and creatively. The future won’t belong to the organisations that have all the answers; it will belong to the ones that are the most radically curious.

In this provocative & compelling keynote presentation, audiences will discover:

  • What stops people from being curious, and why that holds back progress
  • The critical mindset shift from valuing knowing to mastering the art of deep inquiry
  • How to lead teams that don’t just execute but discover new pathways to value by unlocking their collective curiosity
  • Proven and practical strategies for navigating uncertainty so that we can work with, and not be replaced by, AI

Your Last Human Advantage is designed for Executive Leaders and Business Owners. It’s ideal as a stand-alone conference keynote, an extended interactive masterclass, or the foundation for a transformative leadership program.

For decades, we’ve invested enormous energy trying to define and develop ‘leadership’. But what if our very focus on the ‘leader’ is holding our teams back? What if it’s a trap? Whilst well-intentioned, this endless discourse ultimately places a greater burden on those in positions of leadership, whilst depowering teams who wait for direction.

It’s time for an evolution.

This keynote moves beyond the traditional leadership tropes to offer a new, more powerful way forward. It’s a practical guide to shift the focus from the lofty ideals of ‘the leader’ to the tangible, daily actions that create a culture of genuine initiative and momentum.

In this forward-looking and paradigm-shifting keynote, audiences will discover:

  • Why our traditional leadership models inadvertently create burnout and stifle team potential.
  • The critical shift from admiring leadership traits to cultivating the behaviours that build them throughout your organisation.
  • How to move beyond inspirational talk to create a system of observable actions that drive real results.
  • An introduction to Peopleship: a new and practical approach for building a culture of agency and courageous action at every level.

Attendees will leave this session with a liberating new perspective, ready to stop managing people and start cultivating a culture where everyone is empowered to lead through their actions.

Designed for Managers and Directors at all levels, HR professionals, and career-driven professionals, Beyond Leadership is an ideal keynote to challenge and re-energise any conference, or can be expanded into a deeper half-day exploration of the Peopleship approach.

We all agree that the future will demand creativity, critical thinking, and curiosity from our students. But a paradox lies at the heart of our education system: while we champion these skills, our focus on standardised testing and curriculum delivery can often extinguish the very instinct to inquire we claim to value.

In an age of AI, where any answer is a keystroke away, this is a paradox we can no longer afford to ignore. We must ask a new set of questions; not just “What should we teach?” but “Who do we need to be?“

This vital keynote offers a new path forward for educators and parents, challenging us to look beyond the curriculum to the culture of curiosity we create in our schools and our homes.

In this inspiring and essential presentation, audiences will discover:

  • The hidden ways our current systems can inadvertently stifle a child’s natural desire to learn and explore
  • How to shift the focus from simply delivering the curriculum to creating a culture of courageous inquiry in the classroom and at home
  • The critical difference between teaching curiosity (which is impossible) and modelling it as a teacher and parent (which is essential).
  • A practical framework for how educators and families can partner to cultivate the resilient, curious minds our children will need to thrive in an unknowable future

The Human Curriculum is an ideal keynote for education conferences, school professional development days, and parent-teacher evenings.
