Nigel Collin has a passion for helping leaders engage their teams in making change happen. He does this through a methodology and mindset of consistent small steps, delivered through speaking at conferences, facilitated strategy sessions, workshops and working with leaders one-on-one.
As founder of ‘Ingenious Oz Project’ and author of ‘Game of Inches’, Nigel has interviewed 100’s of ingenious and successful leaders and individuals and shares their wisdom, mindset and actions.

He is author of three books, a TedX-er, with a client list including Australian Government, IBM, Samsung, Pfizer, and many more…
He started his first business at the age of 21 and sold it and the age of 22. He is now founder of ‘Ingenious Oz Project’ and ‘Game of Inches’ business process. Nigel has spoken throughout the world including in the US, Canada, UK, Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.
Nigel is a CSP (Certified Professional Speaker), AFMEA (Associate Fellow of Meetings Events Australia) and Strategic Advisor to the board of (Meetings Events Australia). He is also Member of ICF (International Coaching Federation), and ILEA (International Live Events Association). He was awarded outstanding contribution to Meetings and Events Australia in 2017. Author of three books the latest being ‘Game of Inches’ published by Wiley.
