Shift Your Thinking. Lock In Growth

Mindset is the hidden switch behind adaptability and growth. Without it, no strategy sticks. In a world of constant change, most people resist change because it feels too big but various studies show that a growth mindset can reduce that resistance by up to 40%, and boost adaptability by 30%.

This keynote delivers practical tools to help individuals and teams embrace change with confidence. Based on insights from psychology, neuroscience, and real-world transformations, Nigel makes mindset real, practical, relevant, and scalable across organisations.

• Shift from change resistance to change readiness

• Master 3 key behaviours that build a growth mindset

• Build momentum by embracing disruption

• Learn from real stories of transformation

• Leave with one clear, immediate action

Adapt Fast. Grow Steady

In a fast-changing world, the goal isn’t to eliminate uncertainty, it’s to be more adaptive. But real adaptability doesn’t come from one-off initiatives. It’s built through small, consistent steps that drive momentum and measurable growth.

This keynote introduces the Game of Inches® methodology, a research-backed approach making adaptability your strategic edge. Studies show building adaptive capability can boost productivity by 24% to 30%.

Through real stories from Ingenious Oz Project Nigel shows how you and your team can become, and stay, adaptive.

• Discover how small steps lead to lasting impact

• Apply 4 proven actions and 3 behaviours to drive measurable growth

• Future-proof your career with adaptable thinking

• Build a culture of continuous improvement

• Leave with one powerful action to implement

Stop the Innovation Theatre

Innovation belongs to everyone. But most programs fail because real innovation isn’t about one-off projects or elite teams. It comes from unlocking the ideas of your people.

This keynote shows how to tap into that ingenuity with a simple, practical process. One study found 38% of employees believe their ideas won’t be implemented. But when empowered with the right mindset and method, innovation happens fast. Drawing on the Ingenious Oz Project and corporate case studies, Nigel shows how bottom up innovation drives lasting growth.

• Unlock innovation across every level of your organisation

• Be known for ideas that deliver real results

• Align grassroots ideas with top-down strategy

• Cut through the noise and ditch the innovation theatre

• Walk away with one clear action to implement

Excellent. Brilliant speaker and one who really relates to industry.
