Dr Juliet Bourke is a Professor of Practice in the Business School at the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia and the Chair of the NSW Parliamentary Advisory Group on Bullying, Sexual Harassment and Serious Misconduct.
Formerly a partner in Human Capital at Deloitte, she continues to advise global organisations on DEI, particularly inclusive on leadership and co-worker inclusion.
She is well known for her thought leadership, and has regularly published in the Harvard Business Review, spoken at TEDx and has received numerous global awards. These include recognition by the AFR as one of Australia’s Top 100 Women of Influence and in 2023 & 2024 by Inspiring Workplaces as a Top 101 Global Engagement Influencer. Her most recent book is entitled “Which two heads are better than one? The extraordinary power of diversity of thinking and inclusive leadership”.
