Jenny’s curiosity as a child led her to develop a sense of awe and wonder about the human body and why sometimes things go wrong. Jenny has spent her life looking after the health and well-being of others, first as the Principal of a group medical practice and then from her workplace-based consultancy Brain Fit, established in 2009, specialising in brain health, mental well-being, and social connection.
As a Keynote Speaker, Jenny has presented to and worked with thousands of people to empower them to cultivate their thriving mind, what it takes to stay well, think smart and stay safe. What gets her out of bed in the morning is the opportunity to impact someone else’s world, seeing the spark of insight in their eyes when they ‘get’ what they can do for themselves. As a voracious reader and prolific writer, Jenny continues to indulge her curiosity and is about to publish her fifth book, The Natural Advantage: How More Time Outside Reduces Stress, Improves Health and Boosts Social Connection: How to Cultivate a Good Life (Major Street Publishing.)
